Service areas
Where Juan works, and where he does not.
Two regions are week-to-week territory: North County San Diego and South Orange County. The other two are an hour-plus each way and only make sense for larger-scope work. We would rather say that plainly than pretend to cover all of Southern California.

About the drive times. They are typical off-peak estimates from the shop in 92058 — not routing-API numbers. Traffic on the 5 and the 78 can double them, and that gets planned around rather than hidden.
Home region 1 of 2
North County San Diego
Home territory. AJ Paint is based in Oceanside, and everything from the Camp Pendleton gate down to Del Mar and inland to Escondido, Poway and Fallbrook is a normal working day. Coastal salt, inland heat and forty years of stucco tract all in one region, which is why the answer is rarely the same product twice.

Camp Pendleton: base housing is federal land run by a privatized housing partner under contract — AJ Paint does not paint on base. What it does drive is turnover work in the surrounding ZIPs.
Home region 2 of 2
South Orange County
The second home region, twenty-five minutes up the 5 to San Clemente and out through the Saddleback Valley. This is master-plan country, which means association palettes, architectural submittals and approval windows that have to be planned around before a ladder goes up. Under the common dividing line at the 55, Irvine and Newport Beach belong here too.

Will travel for larger-scope work
An hour or more, each way.
These two regions are not everyday territory. They are worth the drive for a large exterior, several properties at once, or a full-week scope. For a single interior room, there is someone closer who should get the call.
South San Diego County
6 citiesChula Vista, National City, Imperial Beach, Coronado and the communities around them are an hour and a quarter or more each way. AJ Paint will travel down for larger exteriors, multi-property work and full-week scopes, but this is not everyday territory and we will say so up front rather than pretend otherwise.

Is your house in an HOA?
Talega, Ladera Ranch, Coto de Caza, Rancho Santa Fe, SAMLARC and nearly every village in Irvine review exterior color before the paint is bought. The guide walks the process community by community.
Do not see your city?
Call anyway. Juan will tell you straight whether the job makes sense from Oceanside or whether someone closer should take it.
