What to expect when you call
Juan answers his own phone. If he is up a ladder or in the middle of spraying, it goes to voicemail — leave a message or send a text, and the person who calls you back is Juan. There is no dispatcher, no answering service, and no lead broker selling your number to three other painters. He also will not promise you a callback time, because a number he cannot keep is worth nothing.
