HOA color approval in Rancho Santa Fe
This is the most involved approval process in the county, and it is worth understanding before you pick a color. The Rancho Santa Fe Association Art Jury reviews exterior work under the Protective Covenant, submittals go through the Association platform, and there is a published fee schedule and submittal calendar. The Association's exterior materials regulation requires stucco to be light in color and value, earth tones included, and in harmony with the surroundings, as the Art Jury determines. The Art Jury reviews all exterior color and material selections before final approval.
