What this site keeps, and what it does not.

The estimate form

What you type into the form (name, phone, email if you give it, address or city, project type, size, timing and notes) is sent by email straight to Juan. It is not stored in any database on this site and it is not shared with anyone. The submission passes through Cloudflare, which delivers the email. Juan uses it only to get back to you and put your estimate together.

How we see what is working

We use a few measurement services to learn which pages help people and how they found us. None of them is used for advertising, and none of them receives your name, your phone number, your address or anything you type into the form or the calculators.

• Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights count page views and measure how fast pages load. They set no cookies and do not identify you.
• Our own speed check adds up, with no identifier and no cookie, how quickly each page loaded and reacted for visitors as a whole (good, needs work or poor). It skips bots.
• Google Analytics shows which pages people visit, how they found the site, the city and country they browse from, and the kind of device. It also counts taps on the call, text, email and map buttons, estimate requests sent (not what is in them) and use of the free tools (which tool, never your inputs). It does not load until you first interact with the page.
• Microsoft Clarity shows how pages get used (where people scroll, tap and click) as heatmaps and anonymous replays. It never records what you type, and the estimate form is hidden from it. It also waits for your first interaction.

The site also counts, by itself, visits from search engines and AI assistants (such as Googlebot or ChatGPT) by the name they give, and visits through our short links and QR codes (by link and date only). No IP address or cookie is kept.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity set their own cookies for the reporting above, once you first interact with the page. The site remembers in your browser whether you chose the light or dark theme. The paint calculator keeps your rooms in your own browser so you do not have to retype them; that never leaves your device. You can block cookies in your browser’s privacy settings.
